The Pha Nok Kok villagers are Hmong who have settled on high hills at the height of 1,000 meters above sea level. The weather there is cool and very cold in winter. The surrounding areas are fertile tropical forests with various kinds of plants and herbs. There are many attractions along the way to the village such as orchid farms, a snake farm, Monkey Training Center, the Elephant Camp of Mae Sa, a Botanical garden, etc. The traditional life and culture of the Hmong and their activities await visitors who enter Ban Pha Nok Kok.
